Tempo traveller and coach hire for corporate groups in Mumbai

Tempo travellers and coaches for team offsites, outings, plant visits and airport groups. Planned pickup points, document-checked drivers and one GST invoice.

What is corporate group transport?

Corporate group transport moves a whole team together in one or more larger vehicles, usually tempo travellers or coaches, instead of a string of separate cabs.

It suits offsites at Lonavala or Karjat, team outings, plant and site visits, recruitment drives and airport groups. The team arrives together, on time, and nobody has to coordinate ten cab bookings.

In short: Mobilyty arranges tempo travellers and coaches for corporate groups from Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. We plan the vehicles and pickup points from your headcount, check every driver and vehicle, and bill the trip on one GST invoice.

Why team trips get messy

The offsite agenda is planned to the minute. The transport often isn’t.

Ten cabs, ten arrival times

A team that travels in separate cabs arrives in pieces, and the first session starts late.

The wrong vehicle for the road

A tired old bus on the Mumbai–Pune ghats is uncomfortable at best. Vehicle condition matters more out of town.

Hidden charges after the trip

Tolls, state permits, driver allowance and parking appear on the bill after the trip if nobody agreed them before.

How we plan a group trip

From headcount to the drive home, one coordinator.

  1. Step 1

    Share the trip

Headcount, date, destination, timings and where your team will start from.

  2. Step 2

    Vehicles and pickup points

We suggest the vehicle mix and pickup points, and send a written quote with tolls and permits.

  3. Step 3

    Checked and confirmed

Drivers and vehicles pass our checks, and drivers get the passenger list and route.

  4. Step 4

    Trip, then one invoice

Your coordinator is on call through the trip. The invoice follows with everything itemised.

Which vehicle for your group size?

A quick guide to matching vehicles to headcount. We confirm the exact mix for your trip.

5–6people

One MUV

A small team heading to a client site or plant visit.

7–17people

One tempo traveller

A department outing, a site visit or an airport group.

18–35people

Two travellers or a minibus

A larger team. Two vehicles also means two pickup points.

36+people

Coaches, or a mix

Company offsites and town halls. We plan the mix and the pickup points.

Leave a few seats spare for luggage on long trips. Groups with several pickup areas often do better with two smaller vehicles than one large one.

  • Driving licence for transport vehicles
  • Police verification certificate
  • Government photo ID

  • Registration certificate (RC)
  • Commercial permit

Group and coach travel FAQs

What HR and admin teams ask us when planning team trips.

Ask us anything

How many people fit in a tempo traveller?

Tempo travellers usually seat 12 to 17 passengers, depending on the model. For long trips, leave two or three seats free for luggage, or ask for a larger vehicle.

How much does a tempo traveller cost for an offsite from Mumbai?

It depends on vehicle size, distance, days and permits. Mobilyty quotes a per-day or per-km rate with tolls, state permits and driver allowance shown upfront, so the final bill matches the quote.

Can you arrange buses for large groups?

Yes. Minibuses and full coaches are arranged through our partner network on request, subject to availability on your dates. We confirm the exact vehicles when you book.

Can the vehicle pick people up from different places?

Yes. We plan pickup points around where your team lives or works, such as stations or offices. Two smaller vehicles on two routes often beats one large vehicle with a long loop.

Do you go outside Mumbai for offsites?

Yes, to destinations such as Lonavala, Karjat, Alibaug, Igatpuri, Pune and Nashik. Outstation trips include state permits and driver allowance, which we quote before you confirm.

What about multi-day offsites?

For two or three day offsites, the vehicle and driver stay with the group. Driver stay and allowance are planned and priced upfront, so there is nothing to sort out at the venue.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have a date and headcount. Weekends, long weekends and the monsoon offsite season fill up fast, especially for larger vehicles.

How is a group trip billed?

One GST invoice for the trip, or on your monthly invoice if you are a regular client, with vehicle, km, tolls, permits and allowances listed separately.
