What happens if the flight is delayed?
We plan each pickup from the flight number. When the arrival time changes, your coordinator updates the driver, so the car is there when the traveller actually lands. Long waits beyond the agreed free window are billed as waiting time.
Where does the driver meet the traveller?
At the terminal’s pickup area. The traveller gets the driver’s name, phone number and car number before landing, and can call the driver once they have their bags.
How do we book an airport transfer?
Send the traveller’s name and phone number, flight number, terminal and destination to your Mobilyty coordinator. For regular travel, we set up a route rate card so each booking is a single message.
How much does a corporate airport transfer cost in Mumbai?
It depends on the vehicle, the destination zone and the time of day. Mobilyty quotes a fixed price per transfer, or a rate card for your usual routes, and the price does not surge at peak hours.
