Only if you want us to. We agree communication rules with your agency before the event. By default our coordinator works to your team and your schedule.
Who do you invoice?
Your agency. Mobilyty sends one GST invoice for the transport after the event, with vehicles, hours and extras itemised for your own billing.
Can you quote quickly for a client proposal?
Send the dates, venues and guest numbers, even in draft, and we will send a vehicle plan and written quote you can fold into your proposal.
What happens when the agenda changes on the day?
Our coordinator adjusts the transport plan with your team as sessions run over or move, and redeploys vehicles from the event pool.
Can you supply coaches for large groups?
Tempo travellers are our usual group vehicle. Larger coaches are arranged through our partner network on request, subject to availability on your event dates.
Do you handle events outside Mumbai?
For destinations within reach of Mumbai, such as Lonavala, Karjat or Alibaug, yes. Tell us the venue and we will plan the routes, timings and permits.
